Imoved in here with my boyfriend a year and a half ago. He's had to suffer much longer, living here about 4 years total. As many peopel previously have stated, the parking is non existant after 8pm. The bugs are a plenty. Crickets, silverfish, termite flies, spiders. We had an ant problem at one point, but that was probably due to the Pakistani's they let move in upstairs. The "Laundry Facility" is a joke. More often than not are there broken washers and dryers, and thats if you're lucky enough to get one or two. 12 washers and dryers doesnt quite cut it for 24 buildings! The laundry room is alway dirty, smells like feces and urine, trash all over the floor. I have seen notes on the bulliten board there indicating that some people have had their clothes stolen out of there. In the winter, the hoodlums and drug dealers like to hang out in there and play cards. Speaking of drug dealers, the Washington Twp police dept even acknowledged that this apt complex has a drug problem, and they knew their specific hang outs, but obviously nothing is done about them. Have had problems with a tenant that played music till late hours and had parties till late in the nite. It took 5 calls to the mngmt co for the person to leave. The icing on the cake was when my boyfriend's truck, along with 2 other cars, was broken into. The passenger side window was busted, and his radio was stolen. All 3 people that this happened to (on a saturday night) all live on the INSIDE of the buildings. Not a safe feeling that you cant even keep an eye on your cars from your home.

The rooms are big, but size doesnt always matter. Not worth it at all!!
