Are you nuts''' Lived there for years. The management is a joke, never got things done in a timely matter. The drug problems are insane, it felt like you were living in the projects. Very unsafe environemnt. And yes, the police are aware of the drug issues, but it still goes on right in front of everyone, especially in the park. The dealers do their deals right in the park where your children play in. There are drug baggies everywhere. You could not pay me to move back there, I would rather live on the street than pay them to live there. They need to get some new management because Carol & her crew (especially Ann) are a joke and have no control and are letting the place fall to pot. Take a look at the joke of a maintenance crew, they sit around in their trucks all day and just chat. Last year the complex was inspected by the County, State & Fire. They failed numerous things in my apartment and things were not fixed before I left, which was 6 months later. They should just plow these places to the ground, because there are too many issues here. Run, don't rent there!!!

I agree 200%!!! i have lived here for two years and can't wait until my lease is up at the end of the year. Carol and her crew are a disgrace! The place is falling apart and they never, ever repair a thing in that complex. It's a joke, although the rent is ok, I would rather pay more and live in a safe environment. Do not rent here if you want your money's worth! Run !!!

I lived there two years ago and totaly agreeded the place is a joke. I would call and complain about the kids and drugs and next thing I know I am receiveing a eviction notice for having a 4 pound dog. Needless to say we moved. However, this is the straw that broke the camals back and someone really needs to do something about Carol the manager. My parents still lived there and had been there for 15 years. In Feb my father passed away, leaving my mother and brother by them selves. Carol the wonderful ***** that she is just sent my mother an eviction notice because of some false aqusation pertaining to my brother. The funny part was the information was not accurate. However, I would love to tell this apartment complex to "F's" themselves but I believe in karma and I can only hope that one day when the management has had the worst year of their life that they will have some one like themselves to lend a careing and understanding hand like she did herself in a time of need. NOT!! Do yourself a favor DO NOT RENT THERE!!
