I am currently living in the complex now and have had some issues. There are constantly some sort of plumibing/water issue in buildings. As well the roof above my apt has been leaking through ceiling since January and still hasn't been fixed. Maintenance has been good and bad on some particular issues. The area is nice, but I cannot suggest it as a place to live. Rent is cheap, but for what you get is reasonably priced. Look elsewhere if possible, but really in all not a bad place to live. Oh and be sure you have a 2nd floor apt, you hear EVERYTHING!

Maybe if you let the management know who you are they could solve the problem and you wouldn't need to move.
