i was very wary of moving in here after reading the reviews, but we've honestly not had 1/2 as many problems as others have written about here. this is a big complex, though, and i'm sure other buildings might be different.

parking has been great, it's quiet, safe, comfortable, reasonably priced, and with ample living space for two people. i haven't used the laundry facility so i don't know much about it, but everyone's been helpful and responsive and we've never had a maintenance issue go unresolved nor any problems with office staff.

just a few complaints: the water in the shower was very touchy at first, but then we learned how to get the right temperature and there was no problem. some things are broken and have been in the apartment, but we forgot to report them as they're insignificant issues. it is TRUE about the ridiculous electric bills due to the old air conditioners! only one air conditioner broke but it was pretty stifling when it did - upstairs apartments get really hot.

oh man, and whomever complained about walls being paper thin' they were RIGHT. we've been lucky enough not to have loud neighbors, but those few times they've had people over (or been having SEX, eww), we've heard them. also, if your neighbors are smokers, the smoke will waft up and make all of your closets and your bathroom smell like an ashtray. the bugs' we aren't infested or anything, but the ones we do have are GROSS. house centipedes, silverfish, and tons of roaches try to come in the front door but we spray down there so roaches aren't a problem.

so all in all, i'll probably renew my lease. compared to where i used to live (the crossings in glassboro, which was a total scumbucket), this is a resort! but honestly, we live on a good side where children play and the neighbors are a pleasure. i really do enjoy living here.

I hate this place with a vengeance......I am from another state...midwest and moved here for a job opportunity......what the hell was I thinking?....you pay for living in a dump and the rent is higher than a kite....moving back home after my lease is up...this place is filthy and parking is a nightmare...living downstairs you want to wish you were born deaf ,,,noisey as hell....I can't wait to get out oh here...home sweet home here I come.
