My main Complaint with this place is the lady Ann at the front desk. She is rude and not understanding at all. In July or August of 2004 the roof on my building was being re done. Well needless to say a roofer Fell into my Daughters room while she was sleeping and I was pregnant at the time with my son and his new crib and new bedding was where the man happened to land. The roofers never notified myself or anyone in the office. So i proceeded to call the office and got Ann. She told me well I am sorry the manager is at lunch! Well I hung up and not until I got my thoughts together and called back and demanded to speak to somebody else did something get done. They Cleaned up the shingles insulation ciggarette buts and numerous other debris found in the crib. And told me they would pay to have it washed. Thanks I can do my own laundry.
When i first moved in they told me things werent done because the maintenance man's had a death in the family. Thats fine I understand people have things that come up! The things were never taken care of. And this is almost 3 years later. In other words the Lady at the front desk is their biggest problem. I still have a list of things that need to be done like holes in the tiles in the kitchen from them putting in a working dishwasher. My carpet is lifting from all its seams. Crickets like crazy. My cabinets fly open and hit me in the head all the time. I could go on and on about this but your probably asking yourself why I am still here....The answer is you can rent month to month once your year lease is up but get ready to pay and extra $100 a month. So there for at this time we dont have the money to move out. But my lease is up in June 2007 And I am out of here.
And everything about the drugs and drug deals going on in the playground are true. I see drug bags all over and my kids will never step foot on that playground.

I was never more outraged then I was the other day over how management treated me. I have lived there for 5 years and after this incident will DEFINITELY not be renewing my lease. My girlfriend was trying to leave for work in the morning when she discovered her car battery was dead. When she came home from work, i was attempting to jumpstart her car with cables I had received fromn a friend. The jumper cables were not that long at all, so I had to drive my car up on the grass for a very short period of time so my car was facing hers, this way the cable could reach(we tried every other way and this is the only way I could get the cables on the battery to jumpstart it). Well management came out fo the building at 5PM and stared us down from their steps. Then they came over and the first thing they said to us was "you didn't have to drive up on the grass to do this" and "who's car is this anyway"....I was livid!!! They didn't ask if we were OK or if we needed anything, but instead focused on my car being on the grass right near the curb. After I clamly explained to them that the cables wouldn't reach and I HAD to do it this way, they just stared at the car & walked away slowly. It took evrything in my power to hold my tongue and not go crazy on them, they were so rude it blew my mind. If they were in that situation, I guarantee they would have done anything to get their car started. I have seen people drive their trucks right up to their door and load/unload stuff at this complex, driving their trucks all over the grass! I was on it for 15 mins!! NO excuse for how they treated us, that office is FULL of miserable women and I am here to tell you-DON'T MOVE IN HERE! Ann at the front desk was one of the women as well as a blonde woman with short hair who I believe was her boss.
