If you do not mind the noise that come from the tenants thats live on top of you.THEN MOVE HERE!If you do not mind confronting the neighbors up stairs and nothing changes. THEN MOVE HERE! If you do not mind the kids jumping,running,stomping and bouncing balls. THEN MOVE HERE! If you do not mind someone just walking and the whole place shakes. THEN MOVE HERE. If you do not mind hearing each other conversation between the paper thin walls. THEN MOVE HERE!
