Me and my boyfriend moved in about 4 months ago. We haven't had any of the problems people are screaming about. We had a few issues at move-in but they were completed. We dont have a bug issues except moths flying in when you open the door at night. Yes the electric bill is High because of the Ac's but, then again we could always buy fans and that would solve that problem, I never have a problem with parking, our building is quite and the neighbors are friendly. You can hear the people above you walking around but thats with almost any apt. complex. Im not scared to go out walking at night either, never had a problem, there are some nights i dont get home till 11 and ill go out for a walk then, its a little creepy but i've never seen anyone or had any problems. The laundry rooms are small and there isnt enough washers and dryers but if you go at the right time during the day its a cake walk. All in all if we deiced to renewal our lease id be happy too. We came from fountain view which was absolutely horrible!!! so this place is like Heaven for us lol
