Let me start by saying I am in the latter part of my 30's. I own a home in Jersey (my ex and kids live here) and two in Florida (one for me and one rental). This is the first time in my life I have rented(due to an ammicable divorce). I have had maintance issues, they were taken care of within 48 hours max and usually before I got home from work that day. We live along not only woods but also a lake, there is going to be bugs. Spiders at every doorway and so on but I have had no problems inside. Some of the complainers should clean more often. I am male, run two businesses and I make sure to find time to keep everything clean, this is a multi-family development, be smart and clean it! Parking has not been an issue for me, but I would not want to live in one of the units that do not face the lots. I do believe I am lucky to live in a great building but a lot of the reviewers need to grow up. I have had a business in this area for 15 years, grew up in the area, and I can tell you this is the best around. It was bad years ago but this management has cleaned it up. Oh, by the way, the people complaining about the high electric (due to a/c) are welcome to pay the $600 bill my ex gave me for July '07 at the house! Rent an upstairs unit, you won't need the air as much.

This guy must be living somewhere else.. As for parking sure its ok if you work a 9-5 job.. but try coming home at 2am on tuedsay and see if you get a parking spot! Also If you happen to live in one of the apt in the back you have to lug everything from you car and it can be parked far away all the way to the back of the complex and try doing that in the winter when the walks are not shoveled. OR try finding your way to your door at 2 am in the winter poor lighting and ice on the sidewalks.
NOT my idea of heaven..
