My boyfriend and I have lived in Washington Way for about five months now and haven't had any real problems. Our neighbors are mostly quiet (there is a guy a couple of apartments down that likes to talk outside on his phone at 2 in the morning!!!) and friendly. As the last person said about Ann, we have had no trouble with her. Both our fridge and dishwasher stopped working and once the maintenance workers (who came on the same day for the fridge, within a few for the dishwasher) had finished correcting the problems, she called us each time to make sure everything was in order and working again. She's been nothing but friendly and helpful to us. We had a couple of bugs here and there but nothing that is out of the ordinary, some spiders or silverfish, but aren't they anywhere' We have also never had a problem with parking, but we do live on the parking lot side so maybe that makes a difference. Overall, I like living here. I was nervous to move here after looking at the reviews, but have been pleasantly surprised.
