i and my boy friend have lived one year.they did not return my security deposit,because the carpet needs replacing.it is not fair.i am willing to pay for cleaning but not for replacing. i am still their customer altought they are so rude especially the manager.. i was shocked at the review of my apt.after one year of satified clean living at washington way,i decided to move to another apt in the same complex.i did not expect nor receive new carpet or appliances the old apt. and i did my best to maintain the condition of both during my rental stay.my carpet only 3 years old was not new when i moved in and was clean when i move.finally they did not give back my security deposit...believe me my apartment had good condition.they took all security deposit.

Hey even if your THINKING of MOVING HERE DONT. Make sure you WALK around the entire complex.. especially in the BACK OF the units..Some of them look like IRAQ..on a good day

its true. my family and i have lived here almost 2 yrs. before we moved there were minor details that had to be fixed. dont you know that some of the repairs were never done. the first inspection we had the apt failed due to an empty circuit braker slot. the walls are not plastered or sanded corectly. on our ceiling there are 3 places where the plastered area has diminished and you can see the nails. our den has this gas smell in it and the manager herself came and smelled it and said it smelled like spices. we are paying 920 and i think there are not worth it. also watch out for mold.....
