Besides the fact that there is a convicted felon of aggravated assault, and theft living in the front of my building that always asks for cigarettes, we've been broken into, there's been a druggie come to the apartment asking to use the phone. They never want to fix anything, our apartment isn't even close to what the model looked like. You always see a drug deal going on, you can hardly find a parking spot that isn't a mile away from where you live. In order to leave the apartment complex you have to drive two minutes to get to the exit then go over a series of speed bumps. There are cable lines running up and down the walls because the apartments still have inputs for antenna tv's. They don't have central air, in the master bed room you can only put the bed in one place because there's huge baseboard heaters on all the walls. There is a panel box in the masters bedroom closet with wires hanging out. Maintenance looks like a bunch of scum bags that will just walk into your apartment, and they can never fix anything. All of the doors are warped and barely shut. Our front door can be opened if you just slightly push on it. If you like walking on a side walk forget about it because you will get hit by bushes. If you like sleeping at night not having to worry about getting broken into than forget about this place, if you dont like people looking in your apartment , if you like generally living in a good neighborhood without drug deals and convicts living around you, if you dont want to live in a laundry room that doesnt have a drug dealers in it than forget about this place.
