There are 500 units here, over half of them are empty. The windows can't either open or close, as a result, it is very drafty. The heating is not adequate, I constantly have to use a portable heather to stay warm. The kitchen is in the galley that I can barely move around it...it is almost like a fire hazard. Management is always changing hands, no one here knows what is going on. The parking lot is so poorly maintained that it punctures my tires at least once a week.
Even the super is complaining about the way business is being done, the unit I am in is tilting on one side that there are big open crack.
It is a dangerous situation here, tenant's vehicles are being broken in to constantly.
It is bad here.
