This apartment is run by unavailable, rude, and dishonest owners and rental agent. Andrew will tell you anything you want to hear to get you into the apartment and then conveniently disappear when you ask for the promises to be delivered on.
Lights don't work, timers don't come on in common areas, been calling for 3 months, no return call yet. The road is terrible to say the least. It took 2 months for the mold to go crazy in every room of my apartment, around ever 50 year old window frame.
My lease is finally up and I can't wait to get out. The grounds are overgrown and dangerous, dead trees are left to tumble and crash into cars, sidewalks and thankfully not yet, children.
Please be ware, it is not worth your money. They will not repair, return calls or even be kind over the phone.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Anyone can read the plethora of reviews on this site and see that my situation is anything but unique. Honesty is always the best policy. Success only comes to people who are able to do an excellent job with honesty and integrity. This is an idea that has been lost on the office, the maintenance company as well as the owner.

plethora of reviews?? I only see about 5-6 so please use the word plethora correctly. As far as issues yes we did have some issues which are in the process of being resolved. So I hope you find a place that suits you and your family...
