I have been living here for just over 2 years. At first it wasn?t that bad, but recently it has become almost unbearable. First of all the walls are VERY thin. So thin infact my neighbor woke me up the other night by his snoring! Secondly, if you want a parking space plan on being home by 6pm every night. Third: there are laundry rooms here but they are infested with cockroaches. And the fourth: Once you have completed a 1 year lease, your lease continues at month to month. At that time they can raise the rent as often and as much as they please. A law they don?t like to follow is when and how much security you get back once you move out. One of my friends moved out last year and didn?t get all of her security back because they said the bathtub and stove wasn?t cleaned. State law says a landlord can only keep security money if something is broken or no longer able to be used.
