I've been here for 2 yrs and I was actually considering upgrading to a 2bdrm. However, after reviewing my rent check, the rent was raised w/o notice!!! I only noticed when I was writing out my rent check...I'm going to call them in the morning to figure out why I was not given notice w/ this increase.
I recommed this place as long as you have a 1yr lease. Apparently once you begin month 2 month, the rent laws change w/o notice.
My thoughts are stay for a year and move on to something bigger for the money
I've never had a problem w/ parking and I come in late on weekends.. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
