The rent is reasonable, as long as I get home before 10 I have a spot in front of my building. I feel safe walking outside at night alone and overall am very satisfied with the community. The rent is more than reasonable and when I moved in they did an amazing job cleaning up, refinishing the floors, light fixtures, the whole 9.. they did a bang up job.. looked brand new. There's tons of stuff close by and awesome parks. I am very satisfied with my choice of apartments and would recommend the complex to anyone looking for a place. It is so quiet there I would never know anyone else lives there.
