Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
I have been living here from 1998. Now, I am sick and tired of finding a parking spot after 6 PM.
Heating is horrible. During Fall you will freez and during winter you will sweat. You do not have control over heating.
Maintenance department sucks. First of all they have to learn how to talk on phone.
You will be lucky, if you dont have to deal with maintenance.
This is not a good place to live. It just looks nice and clean from outside, but very dirt management, maintenance.
Please look for another appartment.
