Moved out about three months ago. The heat is horrible. I couldn't understand why it was always so hot and of course you cannot adjust it. Windows were always open. I wondered if maybe the rents could be less if they were not spending so much on heating. Parking is bad unless you get home at 2 in the afternoon. Noisy. Constant flow of cars driving dangerously fast. My car was hit while parked on the street by someone stealing a car. When I moved out I gave notice one day before the end of the previous month and they took my security to pay for the last month's rent. If you do not give your parking sticker back it's $25.00. They will charge you for everything.
