It's not bad
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 4/21/2004
Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I've lived here since March of 2002.
Positives:
Nicely kept grounds.
Apt was freshly painted and clean upon arrival.
Front office staff very professional.
Maintenance requests can be made 24/7, they attend to complaints in a very timely manner.
Safe area to take walks/jog.
Close to gas station, food stores and GS Parkway.
Negatives:
Parking is indeed tough, but since it's safe it's not that bad walking to your apt at night.
It does tend to get hot in the winter but is easily remedied by opening a window.
Walls are very thin, luckily my neighbors aren't rowdy.
The one bedroom efficiency ($775 at first now $800) is good for one person/two compatible roomies.
No vent/fan above stove so opening a window is very necessary when cooking.
If you're a big cook, DON'T get the one bedroom efficiency!!! Not enough cabinet space and stove and sink too small for the gourmet chef.
