This place is terrible. I lived here for >1 year and leaving soon. Thank God. Cars are stolen, broken into monthly. Mail packages are stolen.
Parking is impossible in evening.
Wall and floors are paper thin.
Heat must be a problem on the 1st floor, it's cold as hell on the second floor.
High turn over rate here.

It doesn't matter were you live, your car can be stolen and your home can be broken into. You only have someone you can blame it on, because you rent, now. Buy a home and who will you blame, the town, we live in a world of theft , crime is to blame
