I agree with the other comments about the brown water. This happened quite often. Parking is also terrible. Most of the time you have to park on the street but even this is difficult to find. In addition, our car has been hit or side-swiped often by hit and run drivers. There were many spiders also. We also had a problem with doorknobs breaking and were once locked out of our apartment for several hours until someone could come and replace the knob.
