I feel you are being unfair, the office and maintenance staff go a good job at keeping up the property. If think that some times we all can only do so much please we all answer to someone. All in all Forest Hill Properties is a good place to live. I just rented one of those parking spots you are talking about. It guartnees me a parking place, I have looked into alot of apt. complex's you do not even have a choice of free parking, you must pay for it. If you owned a home, you would find that the banks also find a way of raising the payment every year, for one fee or another, being a past homeowner, Every year I received a letter my monthly payment was going up. and I had to do all the maintenace myself, the only good part, is if you sell you might make a profit, you might like to look into that, if you are so unhappy
