Lived here for 3 years in the same apt. Im on the 2nd floor and would not want to be on the first (I hear everything and I am upstairs!) There are the occasional bugs...I stalked a water bug for days until I got him...and those weird thousand leggers. But mostly, its clean. The grounds are beautiful near the office, but could use some TLC in other areas. Mgmt has blessed us with carpeting in the hallways (which must be the reason for this years rent hike). One good thing...after your year lease ends, they do not make you sign another. Parking is terrible if you come home too late but mostly is managable. Mgmt in the office definitely needs some people skills and friendly service manners, but I do not generally deal with them. I have heard about the theft but other than a 37 inch LCD tv being "signed for & kept" by someone other than me, I haven't been a witness to that. I have 5 radiators in my place and other than the bathroom and 1 in the living room, the rest don't work (thats ok b.c I have allergies and its hot).
I have looked at other places but for the drama of moving and seeing what other places are like, its really not terrible. Like most, mixed races-white,black,asian,indian
