There are numerous problems with the Heating and Water Leakage. The occasioal bugs you find everywhere. To top that the Maintenance guys are lazy Axxess. The Lease office staff are the Meanest people on the earth.

I have lived at forest hill properties for the past 3 years, I have never had a problem with the girls in the office or any of the maintenance men. I think renters think the office people are to solve all the problems just because they are renting. Buy a home and see who is going to solve your problems.

I have lived at FH for over 3 years and trust me, those women in the office have zero customer service skills and are almost upset when they see that front door open. Maintenance crew are slow moving but they do help...like I said, just slow moving. Must be a union job.
