I am in the market and wanted a tour. I don't know if the lady was having a bad day but she would sigh and stare at me blankly every time i had a question. She did not wanna look at me when she spoke to me, like I wasn't worth her time. So I promptly left. If they are this bad to you before you sign a lease imagine later on...

I totally agree...they are rude....but I recently moved into the apartment and I have observed that if I try to talk in friendly terms then they act snoobishly but if I start talking with them in legal terms or as per the lease agreement terms then they soften up a tiny winy bit...just enough for me to get what I want from them..but besides this the apartment that is close to the rental office are good..meaning have plenty sunlight...have good breeze...but the farther apartments is very close to GSP and u can hear the traffic which can be annoying if you want a peaceful moment...try to get an apartment near the rental office. The BAD points that I have observed is that we too get the brown water and parking problem....

I had the same problem with the lady that does the tours. Seems like she's been working there too long or hates her job (maybe both). I figured she hates having to leave her air conditioned office to take people to these model apartments. She did lighten up once I was in to sign the lease. The people in the office and the maintenance people (leaking fridge that was replaced promptly) are very nice and cordial. I've had no probmlems with the staff so far...

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES AND LEAKING FRIDGE - THEY SAID IT IS SUMMER BUT IT LEAKS DURING THE WINTER VISIBLY NICE COMPLEX TO LIVE IN - 98% OF THE TIME ALL TENANTS ARE IN THEIR APARTMENT AND RELATIVELY QUIET PLACE - THE APTS ARE NOT SOUNDPROOF YOU CAN HEAR ALMOST ANYTHING - SOME PEOPLE ARE INCONSIDERATE AND DONT TRY TO PUT RUG ON THE FLOOR TO SOFTEN THE NOISE

oh u guys...im looking at this apartment soon and i have no idea what to do with all these varying reviews. Im def. not trying to live with roaches...but i can handle everything else. Oh dear, what to do, what to do!
