I'll make this plan and simple. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Sure they seem all nice and such up front but as soon as you sign the lease they could care less. First, bugs. Yes there were cockroaches. The office staff told me they were not cockroaches but water bugs. And the hand full of feces I showed them was not feces but dirt. So I had a pest control agent come in, he caught some, and actually said he comes to this complex a lot for the same problem...cockroaches. Then there was the mouse. Of, if you're not from Florida, get used to the heat because there is no way to adjust it and it will easily reach 100 degrees in the winter. I kept my windows open to keep it at a decent temp. The water, well the first two weeks i was there i thought i was imagining it, but nope, its brown. And finally the parking is nothing to be jumping up and down about. If you can find a place before 4pm ...good luck. Anyone else get woken up 3 times a night by some fools car alarm in the parking lot' I know I can't be the only one. Now I know this is NJ, but please, that is no excuse for maintaining a terrible complex. Anyone else have pets' Hey I love em', can't wait to get a dog. But, I was told no pets of any kind, I didn't see any on my tour and figured as much. But as soon as I moved in everyone had dogs, nothing like stepping in something you dont want to on your way to work, or waiting for it quiet down so you can go to bed. Had I known I could have taken pictures and uploaded them on this site i would have taken plenty. If you're planning on moving in, check the cabinets for rodent feces and behind the fridge, guaranteed to find some.

I just read your post and I thought to myself "Did I write this??" because you took the words RIGHT OUT OF MY MOUTH! EVERYTHING you said is 100% TRUE! From the COCKAROACHES to the PET POLICY to the parking and the noise, the HEAT in the winter and the staff who could care LESS about your problems! You forgot to mention how incredibly THIN the walls are! I can hear my upstairs neighbors conversations very easily! It's the WORST move me & my husband EVER MADE. And wanna hear something funny? I came across your post because I was google'ing the rental office's address because I am literally in the middle of writing a letter giving our one month notice to leave. Ha! Isn't that ironic. I strongly agree with you and I cannot WAIT to leave this complex! I hope you don't have to stay too long yourself.

I have the same problem and I foud why - this place is old, there are busrsted sewer pipes all over. Removing them is to expensive I guess so they pretend like nothin is happening. Staf is rude and acts like they are mentaly retarded some times.
