I currently live in the complex and overall the apartment has a nice layout. One of the problems I have encountered is huge carpenter ants also known as flying ants. Once I complained the issue was handled by Maintenance. Even though I had the problem twice I must say I was pleased with the Maintenance service. Other problems is with the tenant above me. I recommend that you live on the 2nd floor because the walls are super thin for ex: I hear the tenant sneezing...horrible. Also, there is a no pet policy and the tenant has one and it is quite annoying/frustrating that I can't get a good nights sleep. Again, the walls are super super super thin!!! As far as the area, it's guite but the parking can be an issue at night.
