I've lived here for over a year now in the larger 1 bedroom. When I viewed the apartment no one was in the building so it was very quiet. However, I noticed as soon as I moved in that the walls are paper thin! My bedroom shares the wall of my neighbor's bedroom. I can hear every conversation they have, and they definitely keep me up at night when they fight, watch movies, etc. About March/April I notice I had water damage on one of my windows. I reported it to maitenance and they came and looked at it and then did nothing!!! About a month later, I woke up to my living room full of water and a broken ceiling. I asked them to find and stop the leak immediately, which they did but a month after I originaly reported it. Then I asked when they were going to fix the drywall and they said probably not for a month since they were low on maitenance staff. Needless to say, it is now September and I still have a full damaged wall and ceiling. I certainly hope I don't get ill from any mold that can be caused from this! There isn't dumpsters/laundry rooms convienent to every building. I find this especially annoying in the winter, and often they did not plow the roads either. I found this really hard to deal with in the winter since I live on a hill and do not have 4 wheel drive. The apartment layout and space is good, and the rent is pretty reasonable, but that's the only positive things I can say.

All staff in the office is rude and hard to deal with and Debbie is their QUIN B. At leas they do something - you are lucky, because Debbie told me that she soes not care about my problem ( and leaking window was the minor) she is sitting in her office waiting for a paycheck - they call her property manager - so please do not expect that your problem will be solved - I am moving out, believe me there atr better places with lower rent, justt look!!

Try contacting their home office in NY - you'll be suprised how fast Debbie gets the "problem" solved when you threaten to do that.

This is a thought for the person writing the complaint, why would you wait over a month to have something fixed, I live in the complex and if one of the maintence man say something that doesn't make sense I call the office to get a reason why. I have never waited that long for any repair, even a wall repair, so you need to call and get it repaired, don't wait any longer. Also, who ever the person is that responded to your review sounds like an uneducated person. First they should learn how to spell, as they state the staff is rude and the queen bee Debbie is also. I have dealt with the office many times and have gotten nothing except professional respnses. They may not have been able yo solve the issue immediately but the follow up till it is resolved. What more can you ask for. We only rent if you owned it she how long it would take if the money was coming out of your pocket. You should grow up and get a life stop blaming your issues on other people because that is what your response sounds like just an axe to grind
