If you have quiet neighbors, this is a very nice place

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
The apt. was huge for a 1BR. Beautiful kitchen that the super. had personally built.
The bathroom is tiny, but the rest of the unit was very large.
There is a bus line right out front that takes you into NYC in about 45 minutes. There is ample parking in the neighborhood if you don't want to pay for the parking on site.
I had problems with the neighbors downstairs, right below me. It took a LOT of complaining, but the management eventually got them to understand.....There were like 4 20 somethings in a 1BR with a baby.....party every night....thump....thump....thump....Anyhow, like I said, the management did respond after I complained.
Very lovely old building....I think that the bldg. super is a carpenter, as the quality of the renovation in the apt. was quite good.
