Lots of break-ins, but generally okay

My apartment was broken into and a laptop was stolen. They came in either through my bedroom window or used keys through the front door and staged it to look like they came in through the window. It would take spider-man to do it, but you never know....Maintenance is good but not always available. The neighborhood is okay, but definately convenient to the city, GSP, NJ TP, buses, trains, etc. Neighbors are nice, but I'd recommend a security system and bars on the window. The rent is cheap, probably because of the boarded-up school next door.
