Not a nice place!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Very noisy. Repairs not made professionally or not made at all. Do not call in professional plumbers or contrators when necessary and try to repair themselves. Garages are expensive and leak. Parking is very difficult unless you have a parking spot.
