Very old building. The parking is extremely overpriced so you need to park on the street. The super while we were there never fixed anything. They finally fired him as we were leaving and the new guy seemed pretty on the ball, at least. The rent is cheap, and the rooms are spacious, but it's a little to close to East Orange to be considered safe. We were bulglarized once and harrassed by a vagrant who had apparently found in his way in with one of the residence. The management took no steps to ensure our safety. We spent a winter without heat, and while we complained many times, no one bothered to fix it. Furthermore, they refused to return a good chunk of our security deposit because they are extremely misleading. Overall, it's cheap but very shifty.
