it's the next closest thing to livin in the ghetto. some tenants believe that they are livin in their own house, not an apartment building where other people live, which means they have no respect for their neighbors. walls are made of paper. people sit outside of their apartments watchin your every move. if your neighbor smokes than so do you because it comes through the walls.
