Not your typical brick style apartments. They look more like condo's. They are old - they were built in the 70's - but are functional. The office staff (manager & maintenance) are great people and really care for the tenants. The place has a quaint homey feel. The lighting is good,and it is a safe and comfortable place to live. There is nothing really special as far as looks or upgrades. The apartments look used/lived in, but are clean and kept up. Parking is the only issue. You are only assigned one space per apartment, and the visitor spaces, although there are plenty, fill up fast. If you have more than one or two people over, it is best to have them all carpool. Good price for rent, especially in the area.
