I don't know what's up with the reviewer who posted on 7/13 but this place is not a nightmare. Granted, it's not perfect, but it's not terrible.

True, there is an issue with not enough parking. Each unit is assigned one parking spot (two for townhouses and duplexes). If there is more than one car in a household, they would have to park in the visitor spots.

The complex is off a county road and down a slope. You can easily miss it. I know, I have had friends and deliveries miss the complex.

I do, however, agree that the maintenance guy has some issues. He can be nice and polite one day, snarky,sarcastic, and very aloof the next.

The people are are mostly friendly. Some keep to themselves but will at least wave to you. Maybe it's just me. I try to be a good neighbor. Some of the residents keep their lawn very nice with flower gardens and decorations. We are allowed to do that. We are also permitted to decorate the hallways with pictures and potted plants, as long as we get permission from the management.

Speaking of management, the building manager had a baby earlier this year. As a result, she was unable to staff the office during the usual hours but there is an answering machine and you can leave messages which, I'm sure, she checked during her maternity leave.

All-in-all, it's not perfect, but it's not a bad place to live.
