You no longer get what you pay for. This place used to be great but has gone downhill fast. Landscaping has gone to crap. They used to have a service that would come in and did a great job now it looks so unkempt. Shrubs/bushes aren't being trimmed as frequently as they used to be, golf cart tracks all over the place making some spots where it should be grass into mud pools - (the super and the maintenence staff use unneeded golf carts to get around the site). We used to entertain alot when the place looked good, now we're ashamed of where we live. Now that leaves are falling they aren't being picked up. And last winter was the first taste of the belt tightening - bad or no snow removal until the next day (when they can no longer do a good job cause everything has frozen solid.
