DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Management is old, very old and grumpy. Doen't know how to conduct business without being nasty. Parking sucks and so does the laundry room. No coin changer, have to bring your own quarters to do laundry. Can't even have a friend or family member

place needs to be seriously upgraded This place needs some SERIOUS upgrade work done to make it livable. Since I am here not one thing has been done to this complex to bring any improvement. Not only on the outside but the inside as well. Neighbors are rude and loud.

Dont move here!! The place is a nightmare....old as can be, no water pressure in the shower, front door can be kicked open by an old lady. The manager is never available even though office hours say 8-4.....Maintanance guy is a jerk and always says their is nothing that can be done about

Not a great place to rent I lived here for approx. 5 years. The walls are definetely so thin, that after 8pm we would have to almost whisper and walk in tip-toes so our 2nd floor neighbor won't come banging to our door. Little landscaping maintenance. Basketball court is a dump, too

Nice community overall Very nice community with exceptional grounds keeping and maintenance. Could use more "guest" parking spaces, but no more room to add any. It seems that residents use the garages for storage more than vehicles.

Cozy Scenic Property I used to live at Treetop, and I had a great year there. The bedrooms are large, and my bathroom had gorgeous glass shower doors and new cabinet. The kitchen was small, but functional. The best thing about this complex is that the property is beautiful and the town

It's the Best! Waterfall Village feels like home! The staff is very warm and welcoming and it is quiet and secluded with a beautiful atmosphere. The apartments and grounds are kept in meticulous condition and i never have a problem with available laundry facilities. Everyone is very friendly

Overpriced - but not a bad place to live. The apartments are old, they do a semi decent job covering this up, though. When I moved in they said they "updated" tge kitchen - it looked like they put in a dishwasher. Everything else was used. The walls are thin and cracked, the carpeting was stained
