This is Affordable housing. While the place may not offer many "child amenities" It is what it is. What more do you expect for 655 for a 2 bedroom apartment or 802 for a 3 bedroom. Its spacious and comfortable. While things arent always perfect, everything in the buildings is coming on 9 years old so will need fixing in time. Heaters are tricky.. make sure you read the instructions ad stick to them. This is a Family complex so we hope that it stays safe as a Family complex.

Cathy's right! This is a good place to save up your money to buy a house ($400 x 12 months = $5K year). Though my car has taken a beating (minor scratches that can be buffed out) I have never had anything stolen even when I left my car unlocked, the windows partially rolled down and valuables in plain site. Management, though unhelpful most of the time, has kept this a reasonably safe place to live. Not a place to stay and get comfortable.
