Lived here for several years. Other reviewers are correct. A horrible place to bring up your children! Managment does not answer emergency pages and they give you nothing but a run around and play stupid. Notices about random things are taped to your front door almost daily and they ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE! THIS IS AGAINST TENANTS LAW! They have no respect for you or your property. You get what you pay for at this dump. Don't let the outside fool you!

They do not fix the lights in their parking lot for increased safety, you can hear your neighbors, they charge for parking when they cannot provide on the street parking. They don't clear the sidewalks during snowstorms and create a very UNSAFE environment for their tenants. All this for a 40 page application where they dig deep into your financial and personal lives.

I am not just another reviewer who caused my own problems. If I had time I would bad mouth them left and right. Shame on Bordentown Township for allowing this complex to conduct any kind of business. Don't give these people your hard earned money to live unhappy!
