You are told before you sign the lease that everything is going to be repainted and that the pool will be fixed. You are also told that the noise level inside your own section is kept to a minimum.....not the case where I am at. The windows are not up to code at all. You are promised that things will be fixed and for the amount of money you are paying, there are only band-aids to the problems. The bathrooms are old and there are not enough lights in the parking lots. You can not control the heat as well.
