First the bad stuff: the pool is permanently closed, even though I was told several years ago when I moved in that it would be reopening soon. The whole place needs paint, especially the entryways which have paint flaking off (not very attractive). The management doesn't allow decorations on doors or welcome mats in the hallway, which seems stupid to me. But on the other hand, they are pretty good about repairing problems in the apts. and the grass is kept trimmed so it doesn't look too bad. There is no tenant control of heat but apts. tend to be too warm in winter so you end up cracking open a door or window. The apartments are big and have lots of closet space although the baths and kitchens aren't very modern. All in all, the place is inexpensive and far from fancy but it's nicer than a lot of other places in the area.
