The good: My wife and I moved in just after our wedding, and it has been wonderful. For the price, no one has as much room as you do here. Bedroom is huge, living room/dining room is big enough for us to host family holidays for up to 12 people. There is also a good sized balcony/porch that is large enough for a good sized table and then some. The Property Manager Rick is very nice, and has always had any repairs done within a day of letting him know. We are close enough to everything and it is less than 5 minutes to get to 130, the Turnpike, 195, 295. The heat is not able to be controlled, but it is always more than hot enough, we just open the windows a little to keep it the temperature we like.

The bad: From what we have heard, the pool has been out of commission for years, and there are no plans to fix it, so that is a pain. The buildings are getting a bit old, you can visibly see the results of the building shifting in the kitchen most of all.

Bottom line: We are happy, and will be here for a while.
