This is a beautiful spacious apartment for the money! Hardwood floors, walk in closets and a nice patio. The people are very nice. I only wish that washers and dryers were in each building instead in just some of them.

What are you kidding me? This place is having a hard time finding people to stay, so much so that the landlord has to offer free rent or free gas cards to entice new tenants. The noise here is always keeping me awake. There is no heat control. Tenants are paying for a pool that is never available it is permanently closed. The grass is cut but what about the plumbing?

I've lived here for 4 years, and I am not paying for the pool. It's closed. My plumbing works fine. The on site manager basically is here trying to manage the apartment and do all the maintenance himself because Salem Management is too cheap to hire him a full time maintenance man. Rick does the best job he can -- he only has two arms.
