Management and Maintenance staff very accomadating. Community well maintained. I really like how well lite the complex is at night, not only is the lighting functional but it is also very attractive. The lamp post lighting really adds to the "Park" effect. The sidewalks throughout are also a nice touch. You don't find that much in other communities. "Park" benches throughout would be a nice touch'
My only negative is that the cost is a bit expensive. You are charged an extra $10.00 a month because your unit backs up to the woods verses the street. That seems a bit extreme to me.
