We have been here 3 years and here are pros and cons
Pro:
Big rooms
Washer/dryer, full size in unit
Nice staff
Reliable and fast maintenance
Pool
Safe and quiet
Nice location to downtown Bordentown and other shopping areas
Cons:
PARKING A HUGE PROBLEM...STOP CREATING HANDICAPPED SPOTS FOR ABLE-BODIED OLD FOLKS!!!! In one area there are 9 handicapped spots out of 30(30% are handicapped). These people are never home, but yet beg for a spot in front of their aparment. If they wanted to have front door access, they should be in a house.

No fans in rooms
Dryer vents into bathroom. Can cause apartment to get very warm especially in summer.
