I've lived here almost 2 years and am overall very pleased. As another review mentioned, there is a mold problem. You have to keep on top of it with spray bleach, usually about once every couple of weeks. It collects mainly on the window frames. Maintenance issues are always resolved in a timely manner, and Terry in the office is more than accommodating and friendly. Ed, the maintenance supervisor, is very friendly and knows people by name. At other places I've lived, you dread maintenance coming into your space, but you can have complete confidence here. The grounds are well maintained, never any litter around. They are slowly renovating the outsides of the buildings with new siding and fresh paint as well. The inside of the apartment is HUGE, there is no lack of space here. The neighbors are all very quiet and respectful of one another. Parking is never a problem, I always am able to park directly in front of my door. The only deterrent is the rent - I pay $1200 a month which is pretty steep for a 1 bedroom. However, when I tell people where I live in Bordentown, they always say "Oh the nice place!". That says alot when people who don't even live here know it's reputation. As much as the rent kills me every month, I choose to stay here because of how great the staff is and how well maintained the apartments and grounds are. I've lived in over 10 communities in my lifetime and this is by far the best.
