I have lived in this complex for a year, it all started on DAY 1! The night we moved in the neightbors had their radios blairing until 2am, when the 24 maintenance were called on the problem, they said they would do nothing. So, I called the police, they showed up and the music was turned down for about half an hour, then back to its normal range, which is at least a twice a mont experience. The review that mentioned the undesireables moving in in hordes was right! There are many undesirable people living here, the maintenance people DO NOT CARE about ANYTHING. I have cracks on all walls and ceilings, crappy paint job, turn the heat on too late, and off too early. Window air conditioners have no filters, and are very old so they use a tremondous amount of electricity, my 2nd bedroom has no heater coil in the heating unit, so it gets no heat. MAINTENANCE IS RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL! I've had a maintenance worker just walk right up into my apt without ringing the bell, and I had not called for maintenance. The apartments are large, except for the kitchen, which is smaller than the bathroom. It has large courtyards, but I wouldn't allow my kids to play in them unsupervised. There are NOT laundry facilities in every blg., the bldgs. that do have them, only have 3 washers/dryers, and they have graffiti, bugs and spiderwebs everywhere.
