okay, we have no dishwashers, and i've never actually used the laudry room, (kinda icky), but my apartment is comfortable, well laid out, and roomy. we have never had an issue that we've needed taken care of ignored by the staff. we've always had some resolution in a timely fashion. our new windows are great! they really do make it a little nicer to live there. and there's no buggies sneaking in. all of our neighbors are nice, and helpful. there is a nice mix of older people, families and younger couples. makes a nice "neighborhood feel" i would recommend this as a place to live.
