I have lived here for about 3 years, and things just keep getting worse and worse. The laundry facilities are awful, only 1 per 3 buildings and there are approx. 20 apts per building, and there are only 3 washers and 3 dryers in each facility ($1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry=$3 per load) the only positive is that they don't lock the laundry rooms at night so if you want to do a load at 2am, you can. They DO NOT clean up immedietly after snow ice, I heard that someone slipped this past year on the ice storm we had in March and had to be rushed to the hospital, the ice storm ended early on Friday and they still weren't cleaned up by that Sunday evening. The lighting fixtures are so old on the exterior that they have to "special order" the light bulbs, and for the lights in the parking lots they are so old they don't even make the light bulbs anymore so if the light bulb goes, the light is perm. out, and they do not replace with newer, if you drive through you can see where there used to be light poles by the ankle height poles randomly jetting out of the ground. The A/C's are awful, I think they are the originals from when the apartments were built, no filters and if it doesn't work, they have a stock pile of them and just replace with another old ratty one. The tiles in my bathroom are starting to separate from the walls which they said were "just replaced" when I moved in. There are these weird jumping bugs EVERYWHERE I don't know what they are because I haven't ever seem them before! They repaved the main drive last summer and installed an additional 4 speed bumps, and they are HUGE, when repaving they didn't grate down the original blacktop just covered it so there are basically no curbs, and if there was a car in the parking lot where they needed to pave, they just paved around it, so there are parking lots with spots that are repaved and some not. When they repaved they obvioulsy did not take drainage into consideration either because there are HUGE puddles everywhere, which means in the winter, you guessed it, HUGE ice patches. Some of the maint. men aren't the brightest bulbs in the bunch lacking common sense, supposedly they have hired a new maint. man, I have yet to see him. Rent raises $50 a year, for what I have no idea. They used to come out twice a week to cut the lawn, this summer I noticed they only come around once a week. There are huge holes in the grass, and they seem to know how to mow the grass so you can't tell by looking at it, but when you walk you find them, I see people falling all the time. The kids have the foulest mouthes in some court yards, I walk for excerise so I hear them as I am walking. There are fleas all around the backs of the apartments and animals living under the apartments where they have the crawlspace doors off. Even though it says NO DOGS, there are still people that have dogs, and they do NOT curb their dogs, but management doesn't seem to care because they haven't sent out any fliers to advise otherwise. People CANNOT DRIVE!!! They pass you, drive all over the road, drive in the grass, you have to actually pay attention to where every car is when walking. And the list goes on................. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

This is NOT a positive if you're unfortunate enough to live or try to sleep above or near one of these laundry rooms. Slamming doors and drying what sounds like combat boots and cinderblocks don't exactly serenade someone to sleep. Laundry hours are SUPPOSED to be 8am to 10pm, but apparently you didn't get that memo.
