We have been here for a little over a year and I can tell you their customer services is non existent. I am very glad they got rid of Pat and the other lady at the office, you will go to see them and they will keep talking on the phone like you are not even there, AWFUL people.
My Neighbor (a 72 yr old woman) was harassed by the maintenance guy so bad her son came that very same day and had to take her out of here for fear. (basically said he was going to come in and kick her out)
They are old apartments, although spacious. They did fixed a little before we moved in (we have friends on other apartments and they are disgusting).
Laundry space is horrendous.
By the way, my rent went up $75 so you can guess we are moving out of here in the next couple of weeks....if you don't believe how bad it is you can walk thru the buildings and see how many empty apartments they are
